Certain Services may require you to sign up for a monthly or annual plan (a “Subscription”). When you sign up for a Subscription, you agree to these Terms. Your Subscription will automatically renew, and your Payment Method will be charged, at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

The Services are owned, operated, and provided by HubTool Inc. and its affiliates, licensors, distributors, and service providers. We retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Services.
4.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify Your Content to provide and improve the Services.
5.0 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HubTool Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, directors, service providers, licensors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
6.0 Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.0 Limitations of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HUBTOOL INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
8.0 Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
9.0 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms of Service.
10.0 Miscellaneous
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and HubTool Inc. regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
